The health of my clients and me
The traditional business model is changing, and I know that the healthcare professional is no longer the sole decision maker. Having in-depth knowledge of the needs of my CLIENTS, and also the new decision-makers, (doctors, pharmacists, patients, consumers, nurses, market access, etc.), allows me to better adapt the offer to them.
But, do I know them well enough to adapt strategies to their needs? Am I using all possible channels to access them?
